Biography

I have been participating (not really competing) in Triathlons since 1998. most of the time i do Olympic tris (in UBC). This year i've move on to swim in the ocean.. im trying to one day do a IM.. but maybe i have to take baby steps and do the half first.

I love to bike and run.. not really a big fan of the swim portion but maybe that will change after i buy myself a westuit
