Biography

Hello everyone
I believe my first triathlon was a "sprint" distance in about 97, even though i enjoyed it i never got involved in the sport again until 2003. I did some of the local spints, really enjoyed the 3 years i did the olympic distance tri's at the edmonton ITU championships. I never really thought of doing an ironman until i bumped into an old friend who was doing penticton and i thought "why not"? I complete the 2006 Ironman canada in 12hr 34minutes, even though painful it was an amazing experience. I took 2007 off but signed up for ironman again in 2008.
