I was born and raised in So. Cal. and was moved to Ohio when I was 13. Lived in Boulder Co. for many years, Orlando Florida, and then back to Cleveland (don't ask why). I have an AMAZING 3yr old daughter Emily, that is the light of my life and a beautiful wife of 10 years named Nancy who is pregnant and due in Jan.
Did one year of triathlon with a little success for a newbie. But for some reason decided that it wasnt for me anymore. But now having finally quit smoking (FOR THE FINAL TIME!!!) I am back with a vengence and have goals to win my age group in at least one race next year. Ta ta for now......
