Biography

Hi! My name is Vashni! I am a 34-year old single chica living in Raleigh, NC. After a long lazy year off, I have decided to train again for a triathlon. I have previously completed 3 sprint triathlons, but this time I will be training for an international distance race--The Chicago Tri! In the past, I do not feel that I really trained to the best of my ability. I was never able to finish my races without walking and I held on to some extra body weight throughout the entire training season. Since I will be training alone for this event, I thought that joining this forum would help me find support, motivation and advice!
