Biography

07 was my first year at triathlons. I could not swim at all. I took a triathlon training class at the University where I work and I became comfortable but very slow. I ended up doing three triathlons that summer, and improved each time. By the last event I won my age group 25-29 which felt great and was a real motivator to the end of my season.
