XTERRA returns to Richmond, VA June 13-14 with the XTERRA Atlantic Cup. The long awaited announcement of XTERRA's return to Brown's Island puts this epic urban adventure back on the XTERRA map for the 11th time. The Atlantic Cup will be the fifth stop of eight in the new nationwide XTERRA Cup Series.

This is the first time I did this race but I was told before that it's a well-organized one. I arrived at the park at around 6:00 AM and there already was a good crowd of people and there was plenty of volunteers guiding cars to appropriate parking locations.

FIT TV has a program called Insider Training that has a special on Lokelani McMichael demonstrating her training for an Ironman. This could be common but as a newbie I find it exciting to see anything about triathlon training on tv.
