Knee Care for Running
by Workerant47 on March 7th, 2009
I'm wondering what I can do to help my knees out while I'm training for a HIM this summer. I do elevate, I do stretch but I don't ice and I don't have recovery compression socks. I'm wondering what I can do to maintain the health of my knees not only for teh race but long term. Any suggestions?
Triathlon Coach???
by fawcettenator on March 7th, 2009
I am fourteen years old, and I have been doing triathlons for a while. I am just now trying to really focus on my training and I have met a dilemma, should I get a coach?? I have an awesome swim, and an ok bike leg. So my question is should I get a coach, and if I do should they be a triathlon coach? A running coach?

Ok, let me give you a little background. After reading countless posts here on trifuel, numerous articles, and of course the Triathletes Bible. I have been integrating different "repairs" into my running form. I started off a heel striker 4 weeks ago, which after about a month now has been corrected into a mid-strike.
