someone posted a great link the other day (sheldonbrown.com/gear) i think anyway.....it had a table where you could put in your cadence and gear ratios, wheel size, crank arm length etc.....and it would tell you your speed I'm riding a 170mm crank arm with 18-28-38 front gears and a cassettes that ranges from 13 to 25........that shows me only reaching 22.5 at 100rpms It is better to hurt from doing something than from doing nothing...
