Race Wheels
Wheelsets again
by honguito on September 4th, 2009
Dear friends !
I recently got a Scott Plasma 10 triathlon bike and I love it. I am not a big expert on cycling, that's why I turn to this forum. My bike dealer tells me that I should get a set of race wheels, and use the ones the bike came with (Continental Triathlon) for training. Sounds logical to me. When I saw the prizes of race wheels I first had to sit down.

Faster Wheels
by dayusef on September 20th, 2008
I just completed my first full season of Olympic distance triathlons and loved it. As a former collegiate swimmer and recreational runner, I regularly got killed on the bike and I plan to spend as many miles on my road bike this off season doing long group rides and some time trials on my tri bike.
Race Wheels and Bike Racks
by Tamara on June 26th, 2008
My husband is renting a set of race wheels for RI 70.3 next month, to test them out before possibly using them at IMFL. We'll be driving to Rhode Island from DC. We use a Saris Thelma bike rack (if you haven't seen it, you attach the bike to the frame via the wheels as opposed to hanging the bike from the frame).

Convert race wheel rear HED 3
by daniel2tri on June 5th, 2008
This may be and is probably a stupid question, but is it possible to convert a rear HED 3 to a front HED 3 by changing out the bearings or anything? I am trying to figure out a race wheel setup and make it as little effort for myself.
Zipp 808s or 1080s?
by wickedfast1 on April 14th, 2008
Hay, I'm about to buy a new pair of race wheels and have it narrowed down between the Zipp 808s and the new Zipp 1080s. Dose anyone have ether one of these wheel sets and could grace me with there opinion on them? Your input would be of much help.
