My husband is renting a set of race wheels for RI 70.3 next month, to test them out before possibly using them at IMFL. We'll be driving to Rhode Island from DC. We use a Saris Thelma bike rack (if you haven't seen it, you attach the bike to the frame via the wheels as opposed to hanging the bike from the frame). This may be and is probably a stupid question, but is it possible to convert a rear HED 3 to a front HED 3 by changing out the bearings or anything? I am trying to figure out a race wheel setup and make it as little effort for myself.

Hay, I'm about to buy a new pair of race wheels and have it narrowed down between the Zipp 808s and the new Zipp 1080s. Dose anyone have ether one of these wheel sets and could grace me with there opinion on them? Your input would be of much help.
