Anaerobic speed work and vomiting

After reading some of the favorite track workouts in another thread, Trigator mentioned puking and it got me thinking. I hate puking (which I assume most do) but should that be a target for intense anaerobic workouts? I tend to stop when I get to that point, but I am wondering if it is something that I should be trying to push through and just, well... Let it go?
