After my workouts, I've been pretty religious about eating the post workout snack including proteins and some carbs. On some occasions though, I've had days where I had eaten too much during the day - Say for example, I ate at around 6:30pm about 900 calories or so and exceeded my targeted calories (BMR + Expected burn) or so by a few hundred. To tri or not to tri - that's not a question at all!
