I never used to pay attention to articles about pronation. Why? Because I didn't think I overpronate (but those are my feet up there). In fact, I tend to walk on the blades of my feet. Which made me think that I supinate.

I've been experiencing pain behind my knee-not really right behind the knee cap but at back of my knee itself (on my left knee-maybe towards the left hand side a bit).

I just began to log some longer miles on my bike within the last 2 weeks. It started out great. I had my first ride of 50 miles on Sunday and toward the end of the ride, I got a shooting pain just above my left knee that came and went for about the last 10 minutes of my ride.
