I am trying to motivate myself to change my eating habits so I figured I would just make a post asking everyone for some of their favorite recipes. They can be simple or extravagant - cheap to expensive. I would like to see what kind of different results I can get on here to help give me different meal choices.

There are some triathletes that eat almost exclusively junk foods and never look back. There are others of us that try to eat super healthy foods without any flavor, and then there is a combination of both. I have been cooking for a long time and have found how we can “have our cake and eat it too”.
