Bengay, IceyHot, etc. Allowed? Ethica;? Healthy?
by The X Runner on August 30th, 2009

I continued biking for another 20 miles, the tightness was completely gone and my legs felt completely fresh, hammering 20+ mph...

I normally don't get too personal, but I am a little concerned and am trying to understand more...
I went to my pcp today to get an opinion on my sore knee - Turned out to be a little tendonitis, which is good. But through normal check up stuff, he found something that seemed to concern him. After a few breathing tests he had me set up with the next available cardiac ultrasound.

by Akatsuki on February 2nd, 2009

Hello Everybody,
I was wondering if there were other Trifuel members whose profession is teaching? Specifically, younger children who carry around many germs. For the past 4 months my training has been plagued by colds, flu, etc. I am not over training, in fact being sick so much I am doing about 25% of my volume from this time last year.

Has anyone out there ever heard of Gym Jones Training? If so, what are your thoughts? Do you have some sample workouts? Would the training be effective for triathletes?

I haven't been too diligent in checking posts in the last couple of days so I'm not sure if anyone has brought this up yet, but...
The Olympics are starting in 3 days and I know I'm always looking forward to seeing some of the best athletes in the world compete. However, this could be the worst showing of any olympics in years past, ESPECIALLY for endurance athletes.
