Vector- Finally

I've been waiting for this one. Hoping to see some favorable reviews and price points.

Power in the spindle and a meter that is easily transferable between bikes and wheelsets is a great concept. If the price is right, I might need to put it on my early Christmas list if it works.

Garmin recommendation for cycling

I am looking for a Garmin device for cycling. The main feature I want is the ability to load routes and get turn-by-turn instructions outloud. I like to cycle in new places and this would be very valuable.

I tried using the Garmin website's product comparison tool...but it was not very helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Is anyone using the Garmin 305 edge on the bike? I would just like some feedback about how useful it is for training!

Many thanks in advance.

For Sale: Garmin Forerunner 305 w/ cycling cadence & wrist mount kit

Garmin?

I'm starting up on triathlons working towards a couple of long events in 2010 like a half iron and international and I wondering if Garmins are really worth the price. I don't want to spend a lot of money on something that won't really help me all that much. If it is really worth it I would like to buy one but if not I'd like to know that. Thanks.

Best overall iPhone App for Tri, etc.

Hey, what is the best, or some of the best training/fitness iPhone apps?

Until Garmin Connect comes out with an App...

Looking for Apps that:

-Log mileage (manually if you're using an external device- I'm not interested in running/biking/swimming with my iPhone)
-Map runs, rides by syncing with Google Maps, etc
-Log strength training (reps, sets, etc.), also with a manual option

Garmin Forerunner 310xt, how accurate in the swim?

Hello Everybody,

I finally got to do the test on 310xt accuracy when swimming. In order to maintain a steady gps signal the watch was placed in the swim cap, instead of on the wrist. The test was performed in a matching orange speedo and cap to go with the trim on the watch. No making fun of my splits, I did it at the end of a 2 mile swim, and wasn't trying to go fast at all.

Finally, a truly waterproof GPS watch?

Don't why it's taken soooooo long. I'm sure some of you may have seen this, but finally someone has come out with a true multisport gps watch/ hrm. It's not available yet, except pre-order. Which I will be doing. It's about time we can open water swim and record our distance and times.
