Hey, that must have supplement thread turned me onto flax seeds. Someone was talking about flax seed pills and I thought "why not just eat the seeds?" I went to my local hippies-r-us and picked up a big ol' bag of em (I'm in Montana, that's how we talk) for $0.83 and have been putting them everything now! They are great!
