If you were registering for a well-organized USAT sanctioned sprint tri, what would you normally expect to pay for early bird pricing, normal pricing and late pricing?

Would you rather pay the entry fee and service charge separately or have the service charge incorporated into the entry fee and bump up the price $3-$6?
