Shamrock Duathlon Race Report

I did my second-ever duathlon yesterday, the Shamrock Duathlon in Glastonbury, CT. The race was a 5k run, 26k bike, 5k run. Since my last race, I'd been dreading the heat in this one, but in fact, it was in the high 50s and drizzly all day. Supposedly they had over 400 people signed up, but according to the race results, they only had 266 actually came out. DannoE "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one..."

Hey guys, I did my first race of the season yesterday, Brian's Beachside Boogie (http://www.race-productions.com) at CT's Hammonassette State Park. Although it was short, it was also awesome, and I've been looking forward to writing about it for most of the day now. DannoE "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one..."
