IM training in aerobars?

Hello everyone, How much of one's cycling IM training time should be spent in the aerobars vs upright on the bull-horn bars? Does this vary by workout type (intervals vs long rides, etc)? How much of my training time should be on my racing tri bike vs my winter fixie? These questions have always perplexed me. Thoughts?
