For those who follow the pros, you'll know that both Craig Alexander and Chris McCormack are having good year so far (knock on wood for them both). What I can't believe is how fast these guys can run. Of course there are other pro triathletes that are very fast as well, but Crowie and Macca can put a great swim, great bike and fast run together consistently.

October 11, 2008 (Kailua-Kona, Hawaii) – Today, Australia’s Craig Alexander and Great Britain’s Chrissie Wellington celebrated first-place titles at the 30th anniversary of the Ford Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Alexander, with an Ironman 70.3 World Championship title in addition to a second-place finish last year in Kona, crossed the line with a time of 8:17:45.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - World Champion triathlete Craig Alexander joined the team of world-class athletes who have chosen to work with Carmichael Training Systems in an effort to reach the pinnacle of their sport. Alexander will be making his first appearance at the Ironman World Championships this October 13 in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.
