Felt vs Cervelo vs Giant Bike purchase....
by tampa_lee on August 28th, 2009
I am somewhat new to the biking community and would like some advice and input on a new bike purchase i would like to make. I currently have a 2008 Trek Madone 5.2 and am looking to get a new bike as this one feels heavy and sluggish. I am looking to buy either a Felt AR4, a Cervel S2, or a Giant TCR Advanced. Any siggestions or input from anyone who has owned or ridden these?
P3C + Adamo saddle = No hydration
by 00gauge on April 2nd, 2009
So I installed the Adamo racing saddle which I love. The problem is I effectively lost my bottle cage in the process. Since I need the saddle to be installed in the front hole on the seat post it makes attachment of my Profile Design cage, which installs into the seat, impossible.
I was wondering what my alternatives were? Is there a cage system that attaches to these holes?

I was writing a lengthy reply to "Your reason for try-ing" and somehow decided to look at the pictures... I thought this could be interesting for some. This is the progression of the bikes I used in triathlon.

I just got my first ever new tri bike, and i'm very excited :)
Unfortunately i can't ride it outside, too much snow around. So i put it on the trainer and have been riding on the trainer, it's sweet.....

My new P2C!
by zagfan on November 8th, 2008
So I've been squirreling money away for a tri-bike purchase next spring and have been looking at the Cervelo P2C, Specialized Transition and Felt B12/B16 based on my online research. Didn't want to spend an arm and a leg and these bikes seemed to fit my needs and I've been targeting March timeframe for the purchase.

Cervélo True Temper Sports Wolf SL Fork Recall
by triNick on August 21st, 2008
FYI
Cervélo has identified a potential safety issue involving the True Temper Sports Wolf SL Fork, it's being recalled.
Under certain conditions, the fork steerer can crack and eventually break during normal use, which may cause the rider to lose control, fall and suffer potentially serious injuries.
