So i just finished my first Tri of the season, the Sprint O'Rourke Tri in NP. Excellent event. But i went to the doctor today and found out that after a few months of a nagging ankle injury it's been diagnosed as Ankle Tendinitis. Has anyone ever had this? how did you treat it? how long were you out for? any other advice you could give would be great. thank you in advance...bw bw

Does anyone experience/have experience with Peroneal Tendonitis? I seem to have picked up a bad case in my right foot from my half-mary on Saturday. I'm trying to rest as much as possible, but, well, I gotta work, so I can't just sit around and ice it.
