Hey guys, I am officially starting my 70.3 training and I am going at it strong. I am following a plan that calls for me to do Run/Swim 2aDay M-W-F...but have been backing them up next to each other...For ex: Run at 5am and then swim at 5:45.
Is that the right way to do it? ..or should I be splitting them up. Ran at 5am, and then try to swim at lunch? ..or evening?
