Quick release for your wheel and for the tension. You can swap your bikes in and out without having to readjust the tension. Great "road like" feel, super smooth, flawless for the 2 winters I've had it.

Best trainer I've ever owned. Pricey, but worth it for the New England winters. Got mine through a pro deal from our club, if you can get it that way its a no-brainer. Otherwise if you've got the bucks get it, its worth it.
