I went from a Giant TCR3 to this rocket and my gains were 2-3 mph easy. Had it out yesterday and pushed it to 26 mph on the flat. I am not the fastest in the world but to maintain that speed for a over a mile was a testimate to this great machine...not my legs/lungs.
