Pros: 
Very comfortable, excellent price, good quality

None that I can speak of

I was riding a stock Cervelo, Selle Italia saddle and on rides lasting longer than 3 hours it just didnt work for me. The Tri Stryke Elite has proven to be much more comfortable when riding foward on the nose of the saddle. The gel padding does the job without being too bulky.
