I can't speak highly enough of Cronometro. Colin, the owner, did my fitting. Going in, my fit was pretty poor, but it got me through last season okay, and I was interested in what changes would be made. Colin made many significant changes and tweaks, getting me a much more complete, aero, and comfortable fit. It lasted about 2 hours, and was interesting and informative. The tech crew offered to look over my bike when I was done, and trued my wheel, lubed my chain, and took care of some other odds and ends while I looked around the store. There was zero pressure to buy anything - no uncessary add-ons or pressure sales items to go with my fit. Colin was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly on many levels of cycling, including the fit and what he was doing and why. I'm excited to try my new positioning out soon, and intend to do business with Cronometro whenever I'm in Madison.
