Pros:
Great Signal, Very accurate, easy to train with, software is pretty good
Cons:
Slightly Clunkly, internal battery, can't swim with it, full software costs

Having used this device for about 8 months now I can say it is a great training tool. If used in combination with motionbased.com you can really track your progress. I have never had an issue with signal but can imagine it would be an issue in a multi story building. The software that comes with it is useful for creating workouts but I don't like how it shows the data. That being said you can upload your data to motionbased.com for a much fuller experience. IF you care to subscribe you can access all of your workouts otherwise it is just the most recent 10 I think it is. The battery on the device is pretty good but can only be charged through the provided connector. So not to hot on that but it works. It looks pretty clunky but I have never really noticed the weight/size when working out but that's just a personal choice I guess. And like it says on garmin you can't swim it so that kind of sucks but oh well. Overall a great heart rate monitor and training tool!
