Pros: 
Fast aero wheel that that takes a beating. Can double as a trainer/race wheel with a different set of rubber.
Cons: 
Heavy in comparison to the tublar; +200g. vs. tublar counterpart. Zipp does not offer the dippled sufface on 650c sets for 2005.

No joke, these wheels move! I was able to push a close to 20 mph on the IM LP course with this setup. They are an extremely versitale wheel. They offer the ability to train and race on the same wheel set is so desired. And they enable the use of various rear wheel combinations (808 or disc) to compliment the course, terrain, or conditions. A great choice of long course racing, you can run a 23 or 21 tire to suit your personal preference. They really do handle varied terrain well. Fast on flats and light enough to climb well.
