Pros:
Stiff, light, and durable. It's hard to find a complete bike that has the possibility to weight 16lbs complete.
Cons:
Some of the specs could be changed on the stock bike:Aluminum seatpost weight is in the 300gram area. Not the best aero bars... but that's personal.

I love this thing. plain and simple. It's a great bike, and the frame weighs in at 2.4lbs. Compared to a Scott Plasma at 2.1 (the limited is less but costs like 700 more dollars.).
The bike is made for all around aero riding. I have used it in colligate mass start races (with regular bars/shifters) and have used it for every tri. It a great climbing bike and works great of hilly courses.
If you are looking for a Flats bike that just goes forward, get a P3C but if you want something for everything, and that handles well, definately look into this bike.

As for durability, mine has been through 3 Road Race crashes, and is in perfect shape! Plus Kestrel is amazing to work with... the will email you next day for even the slightest question. Lastly, who could beat a NO FAULTS WARRANTY!
