comfortable, aerodynamic, I like having something different than everyone else: )
Cons:
none
Something worth contributing.
I am told that Valdora began shipping the SR-1.0 in the last week of May 2008. I've had one on order since March. I just received mine last Friday but have already had three good training rides to test them. So far I am blown away! The appearance is extraordianary. Natural carbon finish with minimal decals. The shape is different than any of the other aero bars I have seen. The main wing part kind of resembles a bat. Leading edges are aero. In terms of fit it is an agressive aero bar. The nice thing is that it is an agressive aero bar that takes comfort into account in a major way. When I close my hands around the gripping sections of the extensions, they fit into the palms of my hands perfectly. The only way to describe is that they fit "naturally" if that makes sense. The arm rests are larger than any I have ever seen and very comfortable. I'm not fidgeting around half way through the tt. There's plenty of room for my hands when in a braking or climbing position and again the gripping area is larger. Nice and stiff and at around 700 grams I would have expected a much larger price tag. So far I am thrilled. Will report back if I find any short commings.
