Pros: 
Good bike fo the money, Lite and very confortable
Cons: 
Outside the frame cabling

I've use this bike all season last year. I did 2 Ironman (Lake Placid and Florida) with it and I was very suprise with the stifness of the frame and yet very confortable. I recommand this bike to any one. It is a good bike for the price.
