Pros:
Multiple width offerings; comfortable even over long distances; good balance between weight and comfortable level of padding
Cons:
n/a

I've been through four saddles in the year since I bought my bike, all of which caused pain, chafing, and general unpleasantness. But I've finally found a winner. I've been riding the Tritip for about six weeks now, including during a criterium race and an Olympic distance triathlon with no problems. I like the multiple width options, which a bit of customization to your own personal pelvic bone structure. The wide opening provides relief for sensitive areas. I haven't spent more than 3hrs on the saddle at a stretch yet, but so far no problems. It has the right balance for the average MOP rider between weight and padding, so that you get some comfort but it isn't a big and clunky saddle.

If you've had trouble finding a comfortable saddle, and don't want to plunk down hundreds of dollars, this is definitely worth a test ride. I highly recommend it.
