I love this bike! I do a lot of my training in the early morning or evening when I get off work. If it's dark outside or really cold I can throw in a movie and ride for hours on this bike. I have a cycle ops fluid trainer as well but this is ready to go with no set up and puts less wear and tear on my Tri bike.
