Pros:
Very flexible and soft. Great overall fit and feel. Cons:
none so farI just did my first swim with my new Hydrofull and I was amazed!! I had been swimming in an old neoprene shorty and was really looking forward to trying an tri-specific suit. I did a bunch of research online and it seemed I couldnt go wrong with a Quintana Roo.
My brother (and training partner) headed to the lake this morning and started our usual open water workout. I have always been a little quicker than him, but with my new Hydrofull I smoked him every set!!! I almost started to feel sorry for him...almost. As soon as we got out of the water, he started talking about getting one for himself.
This suit is very warm, very flexable and VERY FAST. Highly recommended!!

HydroFull
Let me clarify that I have the Full not the John. I only got to use it once at the end of the season last year. I got this suit at a good bargain from a local dealer. Its usually $399.00. Comparing times from my known open water swim without a suit to this one are incredibly faster. My usual time was 20 minutes across my local training lake and the first time out with this suit I swam the same route in under 15 minutes. This is my first wetsuit so there is not much for me to compare against but I was impressed by the shoulder flexibility as I have heard this is a big issue for wetsuits. It also kept me reasonbly warm especially after the first few minutes of getting in the water. The breakaway zipper is a very nice feature to keep the T1 time low. I would not hesistate to recommend this suit to anybody.
