Most carbon clinchers are designed with a carbon hoop bonded to an aluminum braking surface. Not ours. The DV46C features a continuous piece of unidirectional carbon fiber material with a carbon braking surface, so torque response is quick and sure, while the braking is steadfast and sure. Another benefit: no aluminum shavings to invade brake pads and score the braking surface. Our Vibration Minimizing System (VMS) holds vibration to a minimum.
