Pros:
Good value for the money. Large number interface, easy to use buttons, and excellent night light. Watch is not at all clunky. Cons:
Is primarily a running model, so it's not the most versatile of devices. This is a good choice for someone's first heart rate monitor, if you're looking to sample heart rate training more sophisticated than finger-on-the-neck-and-count. Very intuitive interface, counts maximum, lower, and average heart rates, programmable zones, alarms, and calorie estimate.

Great running Heart Rate watch
Used it now for three seasons 3-4 runs a week (1-2 of those being a track workout) and its been working fantastic. Great unit.
