Pros:

Cons:
Quality isn't cheap

Most good road riders I’ve trained with swear by Sidi shoes. In fact I’ve slugged tens of thousands of miles in my Genius 3’s on my road bike - I’ve had the things so long I don’t even remember what I wore before them. So for ’07 I finally tried a pair of their tri shoes and the T2 is everything I loved about the road shoe in a quick and easy tri shoe. They breathe effortlessly. They fit like a freakin glove. Easy on, easy off mean quick transitions – the generous heel loop really helps. They’re noticeably stiffer than other shoes I’ve pounded on. I dig the Euro design. If you can stomach the price tag you will not be disappointed and rest assured these shoes will likely last you several successful seasons.

Pros:
Quick straps, cushy liner, neoprene insert, quick drying, look
Cons:
Price.

This has been a great shoe for me. It's great with or without socks. I go w/o socks most of the time when I am training, and never have any issues with chafing or rubbing, even over 30miles. They are a great stiffness. There is a little flex to them, which makes it very comfortable over long distances, as opposed to other shoes which are pure carbon and hardly flex at all.
