Pros:
Light weight, easily adjustable, very comfortable to use for extended periods of time
Cons:
Have a slightly larger frontal profile than the popular "S" bend bars

This bar is my first true aerobar. I switched from a vision TT mini over to this after buying a forward seat post for my roadie. I have a 31.8 stem/handlebar so i needed the adapter which adds a little bit of vertical height. i was able to counter act this by dropping the handle bars a centimeter on the steering tube. the bars were easy to set up and have been very comfortable. i believe that the upward bend on these bars is going to make it a bit more comfortable than the straight or "S" bend bars that are all the craze right now. i would much rather be comfortable than that extra bit aero because let's face it, i am not trying to win events. I actually have yet to ride these outside, but on the trainer for the past few months they have been nothing but great.

Pros:
Light, durable (been through crashes) comfortable.
Cons:
static elbow rests so if you're looking for some that flip up, these won't.

I've used both the profile Airstryke and the C2's. I prefer the C2 because I didn't like the flip up arm brackets. Easy to just get right into position with the C2. Also prefer the C2 because it gives me position options. I can stretch full out on the straight aways, and sit a little higher placing my hands at the center curves to pull through hills and grades.

The Pads are also thicker, therefore more comfortable, than were the Airstryke. You can also adjust the width of the arm cushions to find your best postioning.

Only downside is because the design is 2 separate bars, they tend to bend more easily in a crash. I have one bar that has a slight bend and the other that is fine. Got used to it so it doesn't effect me at all.
