Pros:
Super fast on the flats and downhills
Cons:
Stock Vittoria tires that come with suck!

I love this bike. Like some of the other reviewers...I feel like I have also sped up substantially on the bike portion since I started riding her. I have the Gun Metal Gray model. I have heard that the saddle that comes with the Mustard Yellow model with the Ultegra components is not super comfortable, but the saddle I have has been great...no complaints to speak of thus far there.

There is one gear combo that she won't settle into. That's the only problem I have been having. But I haven't been in for a tune-up in a while so hopefully that will take care of that issue.

It's nice to hear that some people that ended up buying the P2SL over a pricier carbon bike ended up being happy with the choice they made. I think Cervelo does just an awesome job with this bike.

This really shouldn't count against a review of the bike, but the tires that came with her are awful. I must have flatted 8 times in the first 7 months.

*I bought her in November 2007, so the price is low because I bought her at an end-of-season sale.

Pros:
Very light aluminum tri bike. Excellent entry level bike.
Cons:
The only problem I've had is the Profile Design TriStryke saddle it comes with...pretty uncomfortable.

I bought this bike back in February '08. I've been logging in about 6-8 hours per week, mostly on my trainer. The first few times I rode, I had developed numbness in the taint area. I went out and bought a new saddle, one with the relief hole. I took the bike out for a 40 mile ride last weekend, and I was amazed how much faster it was to my road bike. I was averaging around 21 mph. on a hilly course. Shifting was pretty smooth. All in all, this bike is perfect for the beginner and intermediate triathlete.

Pros:
Super Fast, great setup by BikeSport in Dearborn, MI.
Cons:
None so far.

Very impressive. I had a Trek 1200, so going to this thing is like getting a ferrari. I'm no expert, but I can say I'm about 3-4 mph faster cruising, it's more comfortable over the bumps, and seems to climb much better. One thing I would suggest is getting with a good bike shop to help you make a choice. With so many good bikes out there, who can choose? My dealer took about 15 measurements, compared them to all the bikes he carried (about 7-8,) and came up with this one. I am very happy with this bike and would certainly recommend it for someone who's body fits it.

Pros:
The bike is super light weight and fast. I took almost 16 minutes off my bike time in international distance over my road bike.
Cons:
None yet, though the wheels are basic.

This bike is super fast. I have had the bike for a month and have completed two international distance races with it. I already had a road bike so getting into triathlons, I held out from entry level. I got the P2SL pro at a great deal. The bike is super fast, now the bike is my strongest suit when it used to be my weakest. This is one of the best looking bikes around as well, the black scratch proof finish is very Spartan. I think it was a great investment. I just road this bike in my second race and again took time off my bike. I look forward to many more races with this bike. The bike is very aero dynamic and comes with a host of parts.

Pros:
Fast and smooth
Cons:
Stock wheels aren't great.

I love the P2SL and have been riding it since March. I debated heavily between this bike and a carbon frame in another brand and am glad I went with Cervelo. It is very fast on the flats and downhills as well as a comfortable bike to be in the aero position. I was worried about my climbing ability with a tri bike but have been able to keep up with others on their road bikes during training rides. I am a 37 year old with a 180 lb. frame that is coming from a running background into triathlons. In my first olympic dist. tri I was able to avg. 20.5 MPH on a hilly course. I have had no mechanical breakdowns so far.
