Using a slightly different blend of materials than the Razor or T-Class, the Magnus still shares many of the same benefits that come from being a part of Elite. Like all Elite frames, the Magnus utilizes the same biomechanical technology and 76 degree seat tube angle to assure maximum rider comfort and efficiency. This 7005 Aluminum frame is less than a half pound heavier than its Ultralite siblings, but Magnus is no slouch when it comes to response of handling on course.

Some of the specifics of the construction are true double butting on both ends of all tubes and ovalization of certain tubes at strategic locations on the frame. Like the T-Class, the Magnus has our 19 mm S-bend chain stays and our extra reinforced bottom bracket to ensure maximum power transfer. The frame also features our proprietary drawn hourglass head tube for increased front end strength and an internally-routed rear brake cable in the top tube for a sleek and discrete look.

For 2006, the Magnus will borrow the successful geometry of the ’05 T-Class, while at the same time creating a more comfortable ride with full carbon rear stays and carbon steerer.

The Magnus is available in three stock colors that include red, blue, and black.

The Magnus comes with a Reynold’s Ouzo Comp fork, with a 43 mm rake to increase front center and stability at high speeds. This unique fork also maximizes comfort due to the increased rake and trail and additionally lessens instances of toe overlap.
