Things I Should Do
posted on October 6, 2008 by TryScott
- Should have a strategy for nutrition instead of eating/drinking whenever I think about it.
- On long workouts, I should record when I eat/drink, my average HR/pace/speed, and how I feel.
- Should do a sweat test when hot, and another when cool.
- Should follow a training plan, not just create one.
- Should record calories for a week every month.
- Should spend less money on races, and more on coaching.
- Should read more books and read less forums.
- Should take ice bath after 2 hour runs.
- Should enter blogs weekly with some details of training and if I feel tired, motivated, restless, etc...

#4: I make killer training plans. That sit on my computer and never get printed, much less followed :) Good list. You do half of these and you'll get a huge bang for your buck.
