Biography

Patrick is head coach and founder of Endurance Nation. A 14-time IM finisher (3x Kona) with a 10:01 PR, Patrick lives and trains in Boston, MA.

**Team Endurance Nation**
We are a team of 600+ triathletes training together using a suite of plans in their 8th generation of improvement. From Ironman to Half Ironman to short-course triathlons, we have plans for every level and every distance. Our coaches have 20 years of triathlon coaching experience between them and are recognized experts in ironman training and racing using heart rate, power and pace.
