Thanks P90X
Over the last month I have been doing P90X and it has been a real kick in the butt. What a great program! Yes, it is difficult but in every good way. The good ways being: 1. I am feeling stronger, 2. I am getting leaner, 3. My normal day to day activities seem easier, 4. it is easy to do. The only thing I have to think about is showing up and press play. I know that sounds so simple but it is so true. I use to think of a lot of excuses of why I wasn’t going to train but now I don’t have to travel, I don’t have to throw the kid in the car or get a sitter. All I have to do is go to the TV and press play. This has gotten me into training again and has reset my mind. It has helped me to reorganize my priorities without it being a hassle.
