Every once and awhile I have thought about quitting. Overall I don’t enjoy endurance sports but for some reason I get out of bed and train. It might be running, weights, etc. I don’t know why. I like to think I am doing to honor God but who knows. I sometimes will travel around the World Wide Web looking at what people are up to. I definitely have my favorites and one of them is Navy Seal David Goggins. This guy has only been doing endurance sports for a couple of years but had already done it all from Badwater to ironman to ultraman. He is amazing! The following is a video about him doing a 150 mile race and setting the new course record. He inspires me to get up again and go at it but this time with a smile on my face.

Bad Ass Dude. Is that the guy who parachuted into the kona race?
Yep, that's him.
That guy is absolutely amazing! I really dislike swimming so when I have to train, I think of him! If what I read was correct, I believe he has a heart condition and recently had surgery. It was on his website.
I read about him in Runner's World - just incredible.
"When you think you are done you are probally only at 40% of what you are capable of"
Some pain is expected when you train and race, but this guy is in my opinion an adict. You can't expect to have kidney failure and pressure ulcers when you are enjoying your life. If you got that sort of stuff happening you should check a psico consult.
Pure insanity...yet again, most SEaL's are insane! Awesome though to make your body submit like that.
I agree he is insane and though I don't think everyone should be like him it is amazing to a person push this hard.
