This will go into a forumn entry, but figured it would serve as a good test.
 
Went for my longest training ride of the season and did a 28.5 mile ride on Saturday. Was a great ride with mostly rolling hills. Did it in about an hour and 35 minutes. Was supposed to be an endurance ride, but with the hills, I ended up doing alot more interval like work instead. My legs were pretty fried, as I had pushed some hard running on Thurs and a hard ride on Friday.
