Biography

I started running and doing Triathlons in 2003 to keep in shape. Since then I have run 15 marathons. I have done many sprint, and olympic distance triathlons, working my way up to a finish at Ironman Florida in 2005 and Chesapeakeman in 2007. I haven't planned out my next Ironman but it will probably be be in 2009. One of my goals is to run a marathon in all 50 states and one on each of the 7 continents. I have 2 little girls, and a wife who are my biggest fans and my motivation. My most recent major event is the Rome Marathon which I did on my honeymoon.
