I just found trifuel.com recently when I was looking for tri bike reviews. With all this content and members, I may never get back to work. Definitely fuel for my addiction.

Haha... yeah. It's a great site! :) Welcome. What's your fav part of training?

Sometimes I drag on those... I dunno, they are all good once I get going, but it's sometimes hard to convince my butt ahead of time! ;)

I struggle with the Midweek rides... Weekends I'm fine with! As long as it's not raining....

i'm gonna chime in here. personally the weekday rides are my favorite part. i love coming home from a long stressful day and getting on my bike. there is no better therapy for me. everything just seems to get better over the hour or two that i am riding. i would not trade those rides for anything.

I see runs that way cgroth :) I am not as good about weekday rides, either. I don't really get it -- I enjoy 'em once I'm going!

While we are on the topic of weekday training, I'm in line with CGroth and kylie...i always feel great when i can get out of work and hit our local hike&bike trial for an 8 or 9 mile run mid-week. I don't like midweek rides as much because i can't get in the mileage or the routes i like the most.

During the summer - I can usually get a good 90 minute ride in before work during the week, and any ride is still always more fun than running! ;)

Chiming in: I love weekend rides and can tolerate morning rides but after work rides are painful for me! I have the hardest time getting my heart rate up after a long day at work. Does anyone else have that problem?

Set goals...... but be here now. Enjoy the ride to the finish line.
