well yesterday i finished my first marathon. it was in 4:32 and i had rolled my ankle the day before so i wasn't too sad about my time even though i could have done sub 4:00. How long before I can walk normally? lol

they werent bad at all. i go to the university of scranton and i train hills all the time. ones that were much steeper and .5 mile long
