I use these bars. Make sure you get the correct sizing since they have an integrated stem, thus you can't select the stem size or angle. They are really nice and lightweight. I don't believe you can put shifters on both parts, but never tried it.

I have these bars and a 3rd brake lever by Head on the right extension aero bar. At the ends of the base bar you have two breaks. $190.00 is a very good price on sale they go for $350.00.
It's a very aggressive aero setup!
I am considering putting these on my stock 2004 cannondale ironman r600.
Would this be a good idea, worth it, I saw set on ebay for like $190. Also would it be possible to put gear shifters and brakes on both the aero bars and the regular handle bar?
